The Linlithgow Players are delighted to bring you this modern and original re-working of Shakespeare's most popular comedy, Twelfth Night. What...You Will? transports Shakespeare's characters to the Highlands of Scotia where Duke, a love-sick rock star, pines for the reclusive American film star, Olivia. Enter Will, a woman disguised as a man, to create a confusing love triangle. Add a mischievous Hungarian housekeeper, a manipulative drunkard with his gormless, gullible sidekick and a pompous puritanical steward. Toss in a measure of mistaken identity to spice things up and you have all the ingredients for a farce with a heart.

What...You Will? has been devised by the Linlithgow Players and has a mix of modern and Shakespearean language. If you are familiar with Twelfth Night, you will love re-experiencing it in it's new form. If its new to you, see Shakespeare as you have never see it before!

The play has been produced in association with the Royal Shakespeare Company Open Stages and Dundee Rep. Come and enjoy a unique piece of theatre in the setting of Donaldson's School grounds.

An outdoor production (with seating) so please dress accordingly to enjoy the spring sunshine!
